It is easy to find, walk down Walking Street and about half way down, on the left hand side if you are walking away from Beach road, you will see the sign in the picture on the right next to a Family Mart neon sign. Alternatively you can enter from Pratumnak Road (Second road) and coming this way you wil see Cats Corner on the left. It is a quiet Soi by day but Soi 15 really comes alive at night and is home to some of the very best bars and gogo bars Pattaya has to offer, including: Top 4 bars in Soi 15.
